Decalcifying the heart
I just want to talk to you all this morning about decalcifying the heart, okay? Now, to the people that have been through heartbreak, which most of us, some of us, you know what I'm saying, we just woke up and ain't nobody hurt us. Our mamas, our daddies, our Pts, our uncles, nobody. We never had no heartache, right?
But the way I do it is I don't go nowhere where women are at or, like bar or nothing like that, you know what I mean? I just get in the zone. And the way I see it, if you don't have it around you, you can't pick it up. And now it's like, okay, what do I do now? You know what I mean?

I think for you, what I sensed from your message is that you've always had someone that was Mike, a third party to hook you up with someone or bring someone to your attention. So I believe for you, it's a fear to just go out and just talk to a woman, to say she looks nice or, hey, how are you doing? What do you like to do? Are you in here? Are you in the store pretty often?

So I did a lot of self sabotaging in my years. I've been in great relationships, self sabotage, those because I didn't think I deserved to be in a happy relationship. And that's because of some of the bad relationships. But now I go out by myself or I'll go with my bestie. I'll go to local events, go to restaurants, do some outings, just to be out there in the mix, to be seen to be feminine, to speak softly

It's funny that you say that because I've kind of always had that rest in b**** face. Like, you put the face on because you don't want anybody saying nothing to you because you think you're going to ward off all the bad or those the leeches. But honestly, what you do is you actually attract them because you get those that see beyond the face and they're like, oh, I know what this is
