I wanted to try something new, create a platform where I can start a dialogue in regard to the new expectations in the dating world and sex being the new kiss, it's very intimidating in regard to being married for over a decade and not dating since the 80s. Oftentimes it's hard work, but it's work that I'm investing in myself to get better and to actually care for myself, not spoil myself necessarily. But, yeah, I'm excited to hear more from you, and thanks for being on here

You. Hello. Thanks for your reply. So I was listening to your post, and you were saying that you don't want to spoil yourself, you want to take care of yourself. And so self love is not necessarily doing things for yourself. And that got me thinking. That's why I was like so what I thought of first was my thoughts and my decision making. That could be another self love. Saying no. Being comfortable with saying no and being okay with yourself, saying no
