Also, do come on the swells that I have uploaded and leave a reply to if you find something, some aspect that is new to you and about this. The swell that you're talking about is idly catharsis, an aspect which is quite neglected by humans in general. People are busy in reacting with whatever emotion that has been invoked through the situation. It is happiness or sadness or guilt or anger, revenge. One of the most you can say dynamogenic emotions is anger and revenge

Everybody's on a different journey. Everybody's working on themselves and things that they need to do to stay positive or to heal. And this is like, a good topic to talk about different ways people do things. So thank you

Hello. Hello. Wow, this is such a beautiful question. Yeah, absolutely. I also love to journal it's. It's nice because it's it's kind of like you're your internal monologue and you're able to really put your emotions down without, like, kind of yeah. When you're talking with someone, you have to like their reactions affect you and so the ability to just kind of work things out yourself before maybe just talking to someone, maybe it does really help

I won't say that it takes a bit, but even with them, I think it kind of comes in like waves, and then suddenly if there's a big wave, I won't stop myself from feeling it because I do trust them to kind of offer me that support as I deal with that a big emotional wave. But there are times where when it's become too much, when I'm just like, drowning in it, basically

So it's beautiful to definitely have journey, different types of journey that were on and having things that we can do to cope with it. For me, I feel like journaling helps me be more self aware, self aware of my own emotional state. When I journal, sometimes I don't realize until I get to writing what I was really bothering me until I get to writing. And I'm like, oh, I didn't even think about that

So try not to get too wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of every single day, letting it kind of wear down on you, because it definitely can. Working out, I'm sure that kind of helps you and doing things that make you happy, definitely take that time. It's so important. And again, I do appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts on this and best practices. It's greatly appreciated, and I hope you have a wonderful day. Bye
