And if so, do you have a favorite? And if so, why? I would be very curious. But anyway, I remember seeing this movie for the first time when I was a little girl. It probably came out well not probably since I know the year it came out. It came out when I was five years old and I think I saw it in the theater. And I feel like the score especially just sort of captured as a kid what I felt about Christmas

And that one I recommend, just because it has the fake Latin Christmas song that the who people sing at various points throughout the movie, which is kind of corny, but it's also like a nice melody with interesting chord progressions and stuff like that. And then it also has Jim Carrey singing the incorrect words over top, which is kind of funny

And I hadn't seen the film for years and years and years, and I watched it and I could not believe what I was watching. I felt like it was borderline unwatchable for many of the reasons that you brought up as criticisms that you've heard. But the couple of things that kept me going were James Horner's score, jim Carrey's fantastic performance, and the absolutely incredible set design that was present throughout the film

And if so, have any of those done more justice to the original material or added a spin on it that you liked? Or are you a fan end of the original cartoon film that came out in what was it? The would have to go look it up. But anyway, thanks again for replying and I hope you have a great day
