Authenticity vs credibility and happiness

article image placeholderUploaded by @Bea_joy
Authenticity is being authentic with yourself to acknowledge that you change continuously, that you are in the morning a completely different person than who you are in the evening. In the morning you wake up a different person. And when I say a different person, I mean a different person, a different interest, perhaps, sometimes a different language, sometimes a different mood. And it's okay. It's okay to change continuously and it's okay to allow ourselves to change

How authenticity and happiness are connected is the topic for the next episode.

It's okay to continuously change, and it's okay to allow ourselves to change. I love that. Hey, Beebee. How's it going? I absolutely love that photo of yours with the heart. I'm assuming that to you it looks like the profile picture. Anyway, I'm all about it, and you look definitely authentic in that photo. To answer your question, I feel quite happy and content with my progress, with my authenticity

And I find it really interesting that you were talking about this just, like, personally coincidental, I guess, because my partner and I talk a lot about the idea of growing together in a relationship and the idea of making space, I guess, for the other person and for who the other person will be. And obviously, not all aspects of somebody's personality typically change, but I really think it's beyond even loving yourself. It's also so important. Like. In your personal relationships

It is very important to realize that where you are, this right moment, the very same way you are exactly where you are, is the only way you could have been. There is no decision you could have had made differently. There is no path you could have taken differently that would have got you anywhere else. And so the only logical experience to have is to be satisfied and happy with where you are in life and what you have achieved

And though I love them unconditionally, each and every one of my family members, I choose to love them from a distance. I am very proud of your progress. Please keep me up to date. And I would love to see pictures of those cute dogs of yours

It hasn't really played out to the best where I haven't been super patient and I haven't thought about what I want to say before I'm saying it and letting my sort of emotions just speak for me instead. I've been in situations where I've said something rude to my friends before
