He is out of town, but next week he will be back in town and is willing to meet with me to give me a statement on the school side of this ongoing lawsuit. I have also reached out to Landmark Recovery Hospital to their legal counsel, but I haven't heard anything back yet. As long as they get back to me by the 14th, it'll make it into the story. So I will have a statement from the plaintiff in the case
