It's how I avoid pitfalls and try to come at life into a place of reflection and repose versus reaction and distress. So I like to write some calming pieces. Of course, not every day is calming. We have many issues thrown at us from many different directions, many different times in one single day. And for us to still hold our head high and walk with the light of whose we are
