Sometimes we try so hard to let go of the past, and we can't because we're bound to it. It still affects us. We still have interactions with people that the door probably used to be closed on. And just to sit and to realize there's growth in that, there's maturity in that, there's strength in that. And those are good things to have. They are also equipping you on your journey.
