Fear tells us us that the promise in life is an illusion of yearning that it need not be tempered with memories protected, guarded and left unshared. Share Fear can impart illusion, stealing the promise in the moment. Do it now. Live in the moment. Sorrow can interpret promise as illusion as well

And I guess what I'm trying to say is our nervous system is like that bell. It's going to ring, but our bodies might not always know why it's ringing. And we have to remind ourselves or be aware of our feelings at the present time when we're feeling fear and when we're feeling danger. But, yeah, great post. Great. Swell. Thank you for that
