Crying in a BMW?

Now, from an employer's standpoint people will say well I have a high performance business. High performance business requires dedicated staff with extra workers and everything. So yeah, if there is stress then stress could be because maybe many people are not efficient. And so if you are not efficient, lot of work gets piled up and there's a backlog and so yeah, if you feel the pressure for it then maybe you need to tighten up your game

I'm silently quitting and I'm very open and vocal about that, putting it out there in the universe because it is going to happen, it's happening, not is going to happen, cancel, cancel. When you said it is happening, it is happening very soon. I had to respond listening to this because you said something that resonated with me the most, which is there are these toxic workspaces, these unhealthy workspaces that are not yielding productivity, retention or high morale

Well, swell toxicity has become commonplace, unfortunately. And I think that, as you rightly said, there are three sides to the story always. Similarly, there are also phases in one's professional journey. So I think very early on, when we are at the threshold of our careers, we take on a lot and have the bandwidth also. So at that point in time, to stretch, to sort of really go for it, take things in our stride and move on, forge ahead

Then there are times when we carry over some of the past baggage in the new organization the moment something happens or something goes wrong and we go ah see this is happening again, I am stuck. So somewhere it's also a good time to have an introspective point of view to also think what we could have done better or differently

And so I do feel for those people who have no other choice because they are so far in debt and so far financially ill planned that they can't do anything about it. Like there is no other alternative but to be restless and paranoid and suck it all up and say hey, this is what it is and I can't do much about it versus those who have that option and say hey okay, let me see if I can do something else
