It is an interesting thing to take this dive because it has many trajectories. It is a myriad of sorts. Because love looks like many things. It can be anything. Same thing for honoring yourself. They go hand in hand. You can honor yourself by when you need to rest

So I really appreciate that you are sort of explaining the range of ways that it can look like. I really enjoyed that and I think it will pose the question to all of us of what do we really need in this moment? Do we need to arrest our bodies or our minds or what part needs more loving?
