But the biggest part was learning to open up about my mental health and talk about it. I know it's easier said than done, but if you have someone that's openly wanting to talk about what they're going through, don't ignore that. Allow them to express it. You may have information or an insight to help them through their situation, or you may know how to put them in touch with somebody that can help them through what they're going through

I wanted to add on and ask a couple of questions, partly for myself and for those others who are listening and trying to find ways to restore balance in their life as well. So here are some of the questions. How do you prioritize your own mental and physical health in your daily routine? And have you ever or excuse me, have you ever struggled with finding balance in your life? And if so, what steps did you take to restore that balance?

And as most medication I'm learning now is that usually prescribed to someone is an antidepressant medication and apparently they have capabilities to help almost all things because this particular one is also able to treat nerve pain, epileptic, seizures and moments. It's supposed to help with obviously depression and suicidal thoughts as well as it was supposed to help me with my insomnia. It did help me with my insomnia
