Hey. Hey. Today I wanted to jump on and talk about the benefits of self reflection and how it can lead to personal growth. Self reflection is a process that involves looking back on your thoughts, your feelings and actions in order to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. It's a crucial step in personal growth as it allows us to identify our strengths, our weaknesses, and to learn from our mistakes. So of course, why is selfreflection so important?

And I like what you're suggesting to do that daily. I think I couldn't do it daily just because I am an overthinker and I think it would kind of maybe drive me a bit crazy. But certainly I feel like with the weekly cycles at the end of every week I do look back and see how I've been feeling and kind of monitor that and see what feels good, what feels like it needs a change and then carry things, change things accordingly. But exactly couldn't change anything
Yes, it can be used in so many ways. And I am like you, I am a notorious overthinker and I am actually trying to use selfreflection and trying to maybe figure out what is causing me to be an overthinker or ways to once I get into the overthink thinking process, then find ways, okay, I'm overthinking. Take a step back. What's causing me to overthink and learn to correct it and slow down from the overthinking?
