And over the last year or so, ever since we've come out of the pandemic, I think I've become a lot more lazy, and I choose to stay in and sleep until late in the morning, and then I begin my day feeling all lethargic, and then finally it ends up being unproductive. So this is a timely reminder, which you just posted, and I'm going to try this because I'm contributing some of the changes that I need to make in my day
