And I've looked at a lot of other leaders and not trying to put myself as a leader, but I've looked at other conversations of people and I think, I'm not going to say who quoted it, but someone said that when you're the helper, people expect you to help. And once you have helped so much, then that's all they expect from you. And they feel like that is your job and that is your obligation
