Relax

article image placeholderUploaded by @avichand
It took me time and a bit of soul searching and I realized that I'm basically fatigued. It's just work fatigue. I have been working for so long and that's not what I usually do. That's not my usual habit. I tend to take breaks and I tend to space out and zone out, but due to my work commitments, I have not been able to do that for a while. And it all adds up

So, yeah, you know, as I was saying, it's very important to understand that you won't realize that you're stressed. You'll just feel the symptoms. In my case, it was a bit of irritability, indifference toward my dogs, usually. I love my babies and I love spending time with them. And that particular day, I just felt indifferent. So you stop enjoying the things that you do, and everything seems like a chore

But sometimes I would compromise my sleep also. So I was thinking about it and I was discussing it with some of the friends, and we came to this. The discussion moved forward in a way where we found ourselves discussing that in our culture, the hustle culture that is promoted and propagated all the time, there is no space for sleep and relaxation there. We have been taught since the childhood that if you sleep, you want to lose, right? So sleep is not celebrated
