Day 3: Glory and Misery

The good part about this three day phase is that the glorious part of us is three day phases that nicotine completely leaves your body. Yeah. So you are absolutely nicotine free and the good things start happening. Like you start getting your taste and your smell back and food is tastier and drinks are tastier. The worst part is that because nicotine completely leaves your body, your cravings are at an alltime high and you're absolutely miserable. And I vouch for the fact that I'm absolutely miserable

Stay very well hydrated so that the brain doesn't mistake thirst for nicotine cravings. So there's at least one thing taken care of. So stay as well hydrated as you can. I've been drinking water. I've been drinking coconut juice, I've been drinking Gatorade. So anything to stay hydrated. All right, cheers. Take care. Bye
