Alright, so a couple of days back I made as well about getting your sleep and how if you get your sleep eight to 9 hours a night and if you sleep on time and wake up at around 7730 in the morning, you feel so much more refreshed and in cherish ear headed and focused. So that was that. But I'm realizing that it's easiest had been done. And the main problem is that because of technology we are always connected
