I actually had a good day

Hey, when I first started spa, I said that I was going to try to record daily and I don't know if maybe I'm just a huge procrastinator or what, I just haven't been able to stick to it. So I'm going to try to do a little better. But I actually had a good day day today. I didn't get much sleep

I can't say 100% sure what technique worked for me, but occasionally in the bad times, I would dwell on those thoughts. So I know that dwelling on them is definitely not the way that I've dealt with them effectively. But I do know that intrusive thoughts are like this path, like your brain is a jungle. And the intrusive thought is like a past that has been well used

It feels better listening to someone talking about their struggles. When you also have your stronglives you can relate. You can talk, you can chat, you can express, you can say, it's okay, and it's going to be great. And I say that to you. Keep on the good work. Keep on doing it. Life goes on. We have to find something that helps us. And I'm glad that you didn't dwell on it today. And he felt better
