Sleep disorders

article image placeholderUploaded by @avantika202
So adequate sleep is important to one's lifestyle just like diet and exercise. So common sleep disorders if I list out some common sleep disorders are narcolepsy then we have insomnia, then we have hypersomnia. And the reasons for waking up in the night they differ from person to person. One reason might be the person is experiencing nightmares or such dreams that is making them wake up. But if the person is not going to beg for long hours so cognitive functioning will deteriorate definitely

Hi Avantika. I read your spell about the sleep and it's very true. But in my case I love to be awake at nights because I feel more peaceful and focused at night. But this bad habit of sleeping at 02:00 A.m. And 03:00 A.m. Has really sucked my health. And I feel that the weakness sometimes in my body. And I'm trying to improve myself and trying to sleep early. But I am stuck in the habit. So it's difficult for me
