You. Thank you so much for sharing this. It's been very insightful. As I'd mentioned earlier on one of your posts, I have been living with Hashimoto's since 2012 and the symptoms that you mentioned and I have been battling with all of these. As you rightly said, stress is a huge, huge factor. And somehow this Hashimuro's diagnosis ensured that I don't continue with my full time job in a bank because that was adding a lot to my stress levels
