Don't be so hard on yourself. Don't put pressure on yourself. Life is just a chain of experiments and results. And you can only be perfect when you are dead. Good evening. I just brought out the analogy analogy between sports and stress, which helps eliminate a big challenge in managing stress. Don't be poorly self aware about yourself. What you do at the gym, for example, which I gave to strain your muscles and resting them. The two phases of super compensation. And when we consciously add new varied exercises or behaviors, our limiting beliefs, our stopping beliefs change and you'll have miracles in your life. We become more stronger, we become more flexible over the time
