It's really a time to focus on your worthiness, because when you do, you will win. But the way that you achieve that during this season is by making sure that your life stays as balanced as possible. So maybe it's like making better eating choices one day, or maybe it's like turning off the news, turning off social media, and allowing yourself just to breathe. Sometimes self care can even look like just simply getting our feet in the dirt when you walk in the grass. It allows you to release any tension, release any negativity, release anything that is holding you back
