It also helps us to understand other people around us, right? Even when they're not saying much or they're not doing much, we can understand them by understanding the energy. So that's why I always love doing these podcasts. Because even if it just helps one person have a better day, a better week, a better month, then I am here for it 110%. I always noticed my staff, I'm a very good observer, so I always pay attention to people and I'm very detailed oriented so I always see things. But yeah, we did have some issues and had to talk about it at work with people and just how their personal life was affecting their work
