It's a really good time to go on a date night with your partner. Go on two or three date nights. It's a really excellent time to practice sensuality in the bedroom. These are the days when you get really close with your partner. These are the days when you guys fill each other up. And it is also really important to focus on self care. Why? Because others are going to be needing you to pour more from your cup than they typically do

So definitely taking your advice on this. I have been reconnecting with some good college friends and taking a bit more care of myself, and it's always a great reminder. Thanks, Carly. Right back at you. Yeah, things are okay. It's always something, right? But I'm getting there. Chipping away slowly but surely. But I'm making a little bit of progress, so that's good.
