Some progress being made again and some things that were not, or rather were taking longer than usual to close, they closed today. I just got the news of that 30 minutes back that that's kind of come to a closure, a conclusion of sorts, which is like a stepping stone for the next step on the journey. So that's exciting. And I'm super glad that I heard yourself when I woke up. So thank you for doing this for me. You are truly a gem

And it was great for me because it was nice to get into that space in the evening time, which I don't typically do. Right. I typically segment my day in different ways. And it was really nice to be able to do something that I love so much in the evening hours. So it worked for both of us, and I'm so incredibly happy. Congratulations on all the things that are making positive progress for you. That's so exciting to hear
