For this specific healing, you're going to be imagining yourself surrounded in a beautifully warm red light. Because red actually has to do with your root chakra, which is your roots, right? The roots that your father gives you or the roots that might be damaged depending on the relationship that you had or have with your father at this time is applicable whether or not your father is a part of your life
