Your first astral projection and/or lucid dreaming experience

"…When I saw another bean, it was probably about 17 years old, laying in my bedroom Rafter, waking up like in the state between sleep and awake, still waking up and about eight in the morning, probably sun and just come out rightly coming in my window and I started going out of body and so I went with it and as soon as I got out I looked out my window and there's what I can only describe as a leprechaun looking creature, except for not scary whatsoever, but like your classic looking leprechaun without being scary.…"

I'd like to hear about everyone's first experience with either after projection, lucid dreaming or both. Hopefully the conversation will grow!

I've definitely had a lot of lucid dreaming experience, mostly due to having a terrible sleep schedule. I feel like I have lucid dreams when I am sleep deprived, but they're interesting. I've had lots of dreams where I am basically waking up in my own place, and I can walk down the stairs and I can go turn on a sink.…"

"…Oh, I totally forgot. I was gonna tell you that Lucid dreams are a very good springboard for projections. So if you can, it's kind of hard to remember things in dreams or projections. So you can say, okay, next time it happens, I'm going to do this. And it takes a while before you can actually get the hang of being able to remember it once you get there.…"
