What even is life? Join me in my existential crisis🤝🤝
What is life? It is one of the things we often jokingly ask. And sometimes it's just a rhetorical question, but sometimes we really ponder over it. So does anyone truly know the answer to this? Though one of the greatest mysteries of life seems to be life itself. What gives our life meaning? Do we have a unique purpose? Is life a test? An entrance exam to the supposed afterlife? We seek comfort by looking for an explanation that makes it all fall into place

That's all you need to know. But the problem with thinking about the meaning of life is that there's meaning. It's a human condition for us to ascribe meaning. We ascribe meaning to the stars in a certain alignment, the planets in a certain alignment, the moon, the way a person looks at you, what you eat, what you buy. We ascribe meaning to everything because that's how we interpret the world through our projections of the self and the psyche

I guess that's something we won't understand when we talk about looking back. In retrospect, swell understand what the point was. But maybe we won't all these theories we've heard that we get a flashback of our whole lives and it's our body trying to find an answer to what to do because it has never experienced death

Yeah. Our greatest minds have shown us that the more we know, the less we know. But with the more we do attain and knowledge and information, we can enhance our wisdom and experience with life. So we could have easily just left it up to Isaac Newton when he got hit on the head with that apple, that gravity works a certain way and that would have been it. That would have been the height of our knowledge

But it also feels like since you believe in one thing, you believe in everything regarding to that faith. And then you lead your life believing in all those concepts and then you don't have to think, really, because it's all laid out for you. So when you talk to such religious people, they refer to scriptures and things like that
