Viewing change

And change is the catalyst of these choices. So when we tame change, it becomes a loyal companion rather than a formidable master. So I recall Scott Fitzgerald's Great Gatsby how beautifully illustrates how characters adapt to transformations brought about by time and circumstances. And it also underscores the inevitability of life's ebb and flow and the need for adaptation

Hi, Benedict. Thank you so much for providing this rather refreshing perspective on change. Because like you said, that it's only natural, only human, to look at change as something scary and to try and resist it. And it is scary, of course, every time there is something that threatens the normal flow of life and threatens to change it, we feel threatened. Even while saying it. I feel threatened because it is perceived as a threat

To be comfortable with change. I think it is about perspective. What perspective do you have with regard to that change? Do you look at it as a catalyst or do you think that it is going to pull you down? And secondly, because you talked about those huge dogs and the need of training them, I think similarly, we need to train ourselves also. We need to prepare ourselves for whatever seen or unforeseen, whatever foreseen and unforeseen changes that we might expect or not expect
