"90 seconds rule"

article image placeholderUploaded by @AskGeorge
This swell is about the one that they want to reduce the cigarettes or even stop smoking once and for all or forever, or for a short period of time, or for a long period of time. It's up to you. Now, how you can stop smoking is very simple. You hear me just gasping a bit because I'm also walking. And I was in the mood to share with you this aspect as swell. By the way, if you start smoking automatically, you will breathe better

Do you want to stop smoking? Use the" 90 seconds rule".

Hi, George. This is this is a great tip, I think, because, as with a lot of bad habits, it's kind of, you know, compulsive or like you stuff that you don't think about and you just reach for. So I think it's a really good idea to whenever you feel that and create, encourage yourself to wait and to think through your choice instead of just doing it immediately. So the 92nd rule seems good

It's a fantastic book, but in there it talks about the you can begin to remove temptation from your life through various restrictions on sugar, relationships, different diets you can have, and how it can be so tentative and so challenging for the brain to not have what it wants instantly. But that practice of delay is so key on building awareness and just overall mental clarity that I don't think many realize they do not have

Hey, George. Love it so much. Thanks for the response, man. I really appreciate it. One thing I really love that you talked on was how in a matter of, you know, days, months, years, while you're doing this practice, you can begin to rewire the circuitry and to begin stimulating thoughts differently. And I think that is just so beautiful because it's just a further example that these tiny, tiny habits we make lead to huge outcomes
