And parents should also tell their child that better do your best, don't worry about the marks. So this is my interpretation, this is what I believe and my experience is so thank you so much, ma'am, for this swell, for this very, very relevant topic. I wish you all the best, lots of success and best wishes. And do listen to my swell as well. I'm a poet and post my poems on swell. Thank you so much, ma'am

@kadambarigupta

Hi, Kadambari, thank you for your inputs. And yes, you know, you've shared your personal experience and many children go through the same thing. They have a lot of pressure from the parents'side. So thank you for sharing your side. And I have been listening to your poems from my other spell account. Ashdew, thank you for your comments and I hope we can connect here more often. Bye

So if input is fantastic, I'm sure output will be as fantastic as the input. So prepare well is the biggest learning for any parents to kind of share instead of creating that FOMO or fear of failure. That really helps. So nice to hear this note and very useful for a lot of people if they kind of come across and also know how to manage it. Cheers

Now, moving ahead to how to overcome this, you already discussed so many wonderful techniques to be free from the examination fear. I would just like to add this. It's a small piece of advice for all the students. No matter how intelligent or how hardworking a child is or a person is, after 57 or 50, after 52 to 57 minutes of a constant learning or reading, your brain is it starts getting distracted

And so you have to plan if you're going to take a test, you have to plan how you're going to approach that day of examination to make sure that you are in the right mind frame, be able to test and feel good about your progress during and after the test. So thank you so much for this

My own experience with one of the tuffest examinations in India…

And somehow I sat there and I started thinking about the examination. And tears rolled out of my eyes. I still remember that incident continuously. Tears are rolling from my eyes. Then my mind said okay if you pass this paper also there is no use. Because in CA exam you have to pass every paper. You have to get an aggregate. Otherwise your entire group is failed. You are failed literally. Suppose if a far paper I am failed and remaining all other papers

So this kind of fear we all had deal with and students also dealing with this kind of fear too in today's world also. So as a parent, it's our responsibility to teach our kids that examination is not a stamp about your life. So deal with exam like you deal with other activities

Second thing is they're pressurized by their friends or pressurized by their family or by the society to set a standard and to do what they say. So sometimes what happens is they could not or they will not be able to tolerate this stress and tolerate this learn and that will actually pull them down in the worst manner and sometimes it leads to a lot of mental health issues because they are not able to tolerate that pressure and deal with it. So I understand one thing
