That should be going to the sellers for doing this work, since very clearly they are not doing this work. Who's not getting paid in this transaction? Me. Wow, it definitely sounds like you go above and beyond and obviously it's not work you have to do or required to do or even getting paid to do, like you said. But nonetheless, I'm sure that they're very grateful to have hired you and not someone else who wouldn't have cared and let you go the extra mile.
