When you have other buyers who are out there presenting legitimate signed contractual agreements, and here you are trying to just send an email, that's like applying to a job via text, right? Just super unprofessional. Here's the thing, though. How would her clients ever know that? Like, how would the buyer who's putting a legitimate offer on the property thinking they're doing the right thing using a real estate agent, how would they ever know that the agent they're working with is trash?

I really like how you compare this to a driver who doesn't know what a red light is. That made it very understandable, and it was just a great metaphor, so thank you. But yeah, it is pretty wild and ludicrous. But, you know, she's gotten away with it. It so eventually she probably won't anymore. But yeah. Driver not knowing what a red light is, that really puts it in perspective. Thanks
