And yeah, I believe in all that stuff. And that is the reason I did a course in hypnosis years back. The human brain, the mind, the intellect are some things that no matter how much research we do on it, how much we read about it, our whole lives. But we will still only just scratch the surface. Anyhow, I think that's enough bug puck early morning. I hope you all have a wonderful day

It'll trigger that memory in your file cabinet in your mind, it'll trigger that memory, and then you're right back there, and it's as if it's happening all over again, but it's not. It's just your know, if you think about like, when I smell Johnson's and Johnson's, I instantly think about my oldest daughter because I used to love to wash her, give her a bath, and then rub her down in Johnson and Johnson's baby lotion

Hello, my friend. Thank you for the invite. Namaskar. Yes. That's the beauty of human mind. Human mind? It is basically a monkey. That's why many may call it as monkey mind. It jumps from hero. It comes there and it collects all the past. And it puts before you in a particular moment. But my question is when you are experiencing certain thing is the experience and the image of experience or the actual experience are different?

So similarly, hearing a particular song can bring back memories of a special person, correct? So the sound of the music acts as trigger for your brain to retrieve those specific memories. So yes, our memories are strongly tied to the things we go through and the feelings we have and it feels like we are experiencing those moments all over again even though they happened in the past. So it's like a vivid picture coming back to life in our minds

And this anchoring happens for good and sometimes it happens for bad also. So there are certain de anchoring techniques which we need to follow so that we can get ourselves detached from what happened. Because at the end of the day, reservoir also needs to be emptied. And if we do not do that, that becomes the reason of the lifelong pain. You are not at all a special case or something like that. It's quite natural, it's quite obvious, and it happens with everyone around

And I only want to say that take care of yourself. Do what makes you happy. If it's writing, if it's music, if it's dance, anything. I always always earlier never realized that my own happiness has to be a priority. And they keep taking care of my family is important. But self happiness or doing things which makes you happy is also important. As I told you that I'm a coffee lover. So cold coffee makes me happy. Music makes me happy

The sickness was very traumatic. I hadn't had many triggering moments at all, and it's been ten years since that's happened. But in that moment, something triggered that moment. Yeah, that was a wild moment right there. Hadn't had that happen. I totally get it. And as a trauma recovery coach, I do understand triggers, and I do understand that certain events in our mind are filed away as being current. Even though they are in the past, they feel current

So it's really something different, actually. And once, after listening to Ash well, I felt like, okay, it's not me. Not only me. It happens sometimes at some others. Also, thank you so much for sharing this well and sharing your experience with us. Bye
