So the first tapping point is on the side of the hand, that is at the karate chop, then on the top of the head, then the eyebrows, then on the side of the eye, then under the eye, under the nose, on the chin, on the collarbone where it starts, and under the arm

Hey, Ash, what a fascinating topic. I've been really fascinated by this tapping thing. I first came across it in January this year, and I've never heard about it until then. So it got me very curious, and I started reading up about it. And in Feb, there was this the 15th annual Tapping World Summit, um, led by this tapping expert called Nick Orhner and his team. And that's something that I signed up for

Hi, Nathan. I understand what you're saying, because not all therapies work for everybody. Like, for example, psychoanalysis might not work for certain people or behavioral therapies might not work for some people. And so the psychiatrists or the psychologists, they choose the therapies that they think are going to work for that person. That's completely all right. So we choose what works for us and we discard what doesn't

Hi, Ash. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful technique. I'll tell you what I learned about this when I went into depression a lot of years back and most of the practices that I used to do at that point of time were all that I used to read about them or I used to search about them on Internet. And I've never consulted a practitioner. And all these practices that I learned were mostly from the Internet. And yes, I used to have panic attacks

EFT- a cure for anxiety , depression & chronic pain …wish to TRY !!!

Good evening Ashmi. You get some very interesting and contemporary topics with lot of indepth knowledge about psychology and human psych. So emotional freedom technique? Yeah, I think it was developed by Gary Craig. And tapping on different parts of the body helps in balancing the energy and reduces physical and emotional pain. People can see the EFT practitioner for treatment or treat themselves using this technique and it actually cures lot of anxiety, depression, chronic pain stresses, weight loss issues and other problems with that

Your Swellcast provided a comprehensive understanding of the technique, guiding listeners through the tapping process and explaining how it can be utilized to address emotional and physical challenges. Further, I particularly appreciated your emphasis on the importance of individualization and self acceptance in the practice of EFT. Recognizing that each person's experiences and needs are unique, you underscored the significance of tailoring the technique to suit one's own circumstances. This understanding empowers individuals to embrace their personal journey and discover what works best for them. So yeah
