Well, of course, your Iran government may or may not be responsible, but certain parts of the world, the government itself is responsible for what's happening with women in the country. It is very saddening to see that nobody was arrested and the government has not put as much effort as it should in such a serious case where lifes were at risk just because of a belief system that said that women's rights should be less or and should be less negligible than men's rights
