Procrastinating on swell? I have some advice
For example, even if you cover a 1 hour study stretch, you have to reward yourself after that so that you not only see progress but also every time you make a celebration, you're your brain says yes, I need to do this again so that I get a reward in the end. Don't set a very big goal and just take baby steps
