So you've got to be spirited. You are given this body and the spirit to own it completely, to embrace it. And that means everything. That means you have good relationships, you respond to your bodily needs, you maintain hygiene, you maintain mental calmness, physical abilities and sexual needs to sexual needs to come in being spiritual.
