G20: India must have a firm stance

There can be no hiding behind Russia and China's argument that war and politics are not the preserve of the G 20. The war in Ukraine is affecting the global economy, climate change, nuclear stability and the chartered principles of the United Nations that underpin the rule of law in international relations. The first two are central to India's agenda as chair this year. Without the other two, the G 20 cannot function well

And the G 20 is basically a group of 20. And it was formed in 1999. And it was initially a meeting of the Minister of Finance, of the Governor and the Central Bank to expand discussion of policies that are beneficial for resolving the global economic and financial crisis. And now G 20 is a membership of 19 countries, and some of them include superpowers like US

Like, to be in to come in the light and come in the consideration of other countries, which was not which was not happening earlier. So I feel like India definitely owes an obligation to at least be a part and raise its voice and put forward its opinion perspective. And likewise, I told in my speech and you also mentioned it and have a firm stance
