The wave of women empowerment has been spread across India and this rapid motion but still it's not sufficient actually to meet the needs of having a justifiable and I think equal status of women in a society. Like there is a saying I would say every draw counts in making an ocean. This step was such a huge contribution to this. To give the equal pay is incredible. Even after independence we have seen and still are living in a male dominated society and what our government is doing is not sufficient

We have done the same amount of work for way less pay in the past. And today there's so much talk about equal pay, which I think is extremely fair, because I just do not understand the concept of men being paid more than women, even for the same amount of work that they are doing. It's unjust, it's unfair. And it goes on to show all the things that are wrong with our world
