There are places where metal handholds have been put into the rocks where you have to climb up. There's one part where you have to shimmy across a fairly narrow little ledge like a cliff to be able to continue the trail. It is not something that you do unless you're prepared. You need to have at least some upper body strength and you need to have the guts to take some of this little more risky trail
