Have US macros started softening?
Yet in the numbers now, the end of this month, end of July, you will see a 25 basis points rate hike from the Fed. So in short, I think one would need to wait and watch to see if macros in the US are turning around. So into august. If you continue to see some extended narrative of softening of macro variables then I think it would be safe to assume that the Federal Reserve is done with its rate hike cycle and it will continue to stay at these levels
