Led Zeppelin wins Stairway to Heaven copyright lawsuit.

article image placeholderLed Zeppelin victorious in 'Stairway to Heaven' copyright lawsuit after Supreme Court denies hearing: Report
This famous opening refugee just heard was the subject of a Copyright battle, and that's finally been put to rest when the Supreme Court declined to take up the case. So let's Lead Zeppelin will retain the Copyright and probably one of the most famous rock songs of all time. I've always been a great Leads Up fan, so I guess that's a relief. But the question for listeners out here is, do you agree that this is the greatest Rockstar of all time

Taurus - the copyrighted song in question - does it sound the same?

So that is the origin from the song Taurus by spirit which theory to heaven was supposed to have stolen from? And the interesting part is that Julie was not allowed to actually hear that clip because as per Copyright that time, only the sheet music was Copyright protected. So they had to look at the sheet music and not actually hear when they took a decision. Just a piece of trivia

So this is where we get into the conflict because they're just such a tremendous band. So yeah, thanks for posting. I would say that it brings me back, but in the sense that it brings me back to when I was in middle school and I used to listen to their records rather than CDs because I obviously was not alive when they were at their peak
