4 Days in Iceland
You. If Iceland is not on your bucket list, it should be. It's a gorgeous place and we were fortunate to visit it last month for four days. So what I'm going to do here is just give a brief kind of overview of where you went and this will be useful for anybody who's planning on a visit there because there's lost lots to see in this beautiful little island
Along the way, you see glaciers coming down all the way down to the ocean. You see beautiful mountains, volcanoes. So it's a very scenic drive. And the road was remarkably kind of clear. There was very little traffic out there, so it was easy to kind of drive. I had been warned of easily getting tickets in Iceland by my friends, but I was fortunate enough not to run into any cops. So it's a fun kind of drive
This is one of the most starkly, beautiful scenery you will see anywhere. And the rocks and the cliffs are amazing. They almost look like handcuffed. And you can walk along the beach and lots of instagrammable photo opportunities are out there. I think multiple beaches like this along the coast when we start by, was very close to Wick where we are staying. And this is almost one and a half, 2 hours from Rikerwick

You. We spent part of the third day once he got Rykovic and then the last day of a stay exploring Reikavik. And it's a beautiful little town, very small and you can walk around and explore everywhere. So I would recommend staying right in the center of it, in the town center somewhere. Lots of nice hotels there and just walking and exploring the city up. You can see the pictures of the city taken from the Pearl and Museum that's worth the visit as well
You. I wanted to quickly jump back on here and add this link to news of a volcanic eruption in Iceland today. It happened near Reykjavik, the capital city, but it was a small eruption, or a big one, but still it made the news so worth adding on here. This is truly the land of fire and ice
