The Art of Doing Nothing Part 2 - Rewarding Revelations

article image placeholderUploaded by @ariana.
The Art of Doing Nothing enables you to let your senses take the much needed rest and break from all the hard work they do through the day. Your mind needs this time and break from thinking, analyzing, understanding, memorizing so many things. This helps empty the mind of all clutter, remove all unwanted thoughts, and retain only that which is useful. You will observe, after practicing The Art of Doing Nothing effectively, many thoughts that mattered prior to it would not matter anymore or simply become insignificant

I just lie down on my recliner lawn chair that I've placed in the balcony and I just look at the sky and just do nothing at all. Also try not to think at that time. So I would just look at the sky or just look at the tree or the plants around me. And that's it

So when I was just listening to it, I felt for me, in my case, sitting down simply without thinking anything is something that might work. And you are absolutely right. The moment you do nothing, that is where you start understanding things. The few minutes of silence that you maintain will have an everlasting impact on your thoughts. It will actually help you understand the things in a way they are not in a way you see. So basically, we have an issue with understanding things generally

Hi, ma'am. Thank you for, you know, sharing this well. And I'll surely go to part one and imply what you imply and implement what all you have said. Thank you so much once again. Take care. Have a good day
