As I read this, I took a pause and I read it again and I think this is such a powerful reminder for each one of us. If we really understand, then negativity as such doesn't automatically exist. It is only the absence of positivity that exists, which we call negativity. So then if we focus really on adding positivity instead of removing Negativity? If we focus simply on inducing love instead of removing hatred? If we focus on bringing in light instead of removing the darkness?
Hi, Ariana. I really love this statement. Like all negativity is just the absence of positivity. It's true. If we start looking at things in this way, we can actually make things better and the best. So I think we need to understand this concept of absence. And I really love this concept
