Turning around a ‘not-so-great’ day - My way

Next I took a calming shower letting my hair down. You cannot underestimate the healing power of water. Showers can help with hormone regulation and circulation. Colors have a great impact on my psyche and so I chose white attire for the day. White is a light neutral color that can have a positive impact on mental health. It can help us focus, retain information and feel more organized. White can also increase serotonin levels and lower blood pressure which can have a calming effect

And this is what really makes me feel more alive from inside, because I don't know whether I'll be able to see tomorrow or not. So that's more important to me. To be in the present, to be in the moment, that's even more important to me. I give a hug to my son, maybe tomorrow morning I won't be there and I would be able to see him. So I make sure that I feel grateful to the universe

And this is just a few of the things that come to my mind. But I definitely have a lot more, you know, sitting in the corner of a room with my cup of tea and just not thinking about anything at all. Sitting there blank and enjoying my cup of tea. And that really helps to charge me up. And now I don't have a pet
