But the way I approach it is like not very like, thoughts and feelings type thing. I do do that to an extent, but I try to tie in more, like, logic into it kind of like a lab, like a Chem lab or a BioLab. And I think that's working well because there's, like, concrete. I write down, like, what's bothering me or what's on my mind
God, I wish I was emotionally aware enough to write down concrete thoughts and feelings alone and then like viable solutions. I'm sorry that's next level, like meditation stuff right there. When I write my dad pages, I kind of vomit all over the page. You know what? That helps too. I'm going to be honest

Okay. To be honest. Like, over the years I've just been like, hyper aware of the way I feel. I might as well write it down. Maybe I can laugh at it like years from now, but, Whoa, ghost writers. That's pretty cool. Is it for, like, debate club or something

Yeah. This is very useful information. Yeah. I do the same as Jermaine. I just like, word vomit. Like, in, like, a diary entry. Basically, like, I have a I think, like, I kind of mainly do that just for my future entertainment. I do it. And then I know that I'm going to read it back and then remember it and laugh at it or whatever
Anyway, I guess it's easier for you because that's like the way you're used to writing your brain works very scientifically in that way. Whereas for me, I'll just literally write in circles, like physical circles, not just with my words. Like, I'll write in a circle, like, it won't even be a line

Never really gave it a thought that journaling would need to be meaningful. I mean, I do have a few diaries I've written over the years, but seriously, like meaning those are nonsense. Sometimes you can't even cabbage what writing that is. But even if you read the words are like everything is nonsense. And it does help. It does help a lot to release, rent out everything
Reach your Journal looks so pretty. I really like the highlighter underlines on the drawings and also the sticky notes. I really want to get back into Journaling because I started it like last year, year, but I didn't really continue it. How do you incorporate it into your routine? Like do you do when you wake up? Or do you do it when you go to bed? Yeah. I definitely need to get back in the journaling

Hey, Shakti, thank you for your words. You're always so kind to me, like, in my swell posts. To be honest, I don't do it like, super, like, routine wise. I don't do it super concrete because I feel like if I like, I constantly set a time in the day every single day to Journal, I feel like I'm going to hate it. You know what I mean?
Yeah. That makes sense. Like morning routines and things like that Areej supposed to be like, selfcare. Like drilling is supposed to be selfcare. So like, I agree with you. Like, if I, like, made it mandatory, like, every single day, I would treat something on my todo list and not something I generally enjoy, and I would suck the fun out of it. Yeah. At the same time, I like doing something like every day

Shafty. I relate so hard, literally, when you were saying every day and you're trying to find the word in my head. I said flow, like, right when you said flow, like, we're on the same page. I completely understand. Like, it's so hard to make a stimulating structure that's also productive during a pandemic. Like, it's too much discipline. It's not even about motivation anymore
