Cope up with sadness Part 2

Hi guys, again. So as I could speak more than five minutes and I was telling a lot of things other than coping with sadness so I thought why not to start another swell post here. So coping with sadness is what I was talking about in the last post. You know, like there is no nothing something written out there which is something might work for me, but something might not work for you. But again, there are few general things which you can try and you know what?

So I would also suggest that in case you tend to get sad, pick up the best thing about yourself or what you have done, or what you have and think about it and take a deep breath and think about it again. It could be well be a piece you have written, a painting you have made, or some work you did in the house or in school or college or wherever you are. Just take a deep breath and the satisfaction you get, think about it again and again
